2. Your contract is with us
When you place an order through BLACKFY, you enter into a contract of sale directly with VB TRADING LIMITED. VB TRADING LIMITED is the merchant of record: we process your order, receive your payment, coordinate fulfilment, and are responsible for customer support, refunds, cancellations and disputes.
3. Products, services and pricing
We offer selected products, services and experiences. Prices and the applicable currency are shown before checkout. The final total for your order is calculated and confirmed by our systems at the time your order is created. We may correct obvious pricing errors.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order where required (for example, suspected fraud, unavailability, or a pricing error), in which case any amount charged is refunded.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By paying, you authorise VB TRADING LIMITED to receive the payment for your order.

Refunds and cancellations are handled by BLACKFY in accordance with our Refunds & Cancellations policy, and fulfilment is described in our Delivery & Fulfilment policy. Eligibility may vary by product or service category.
