BLACKFY (VB TRADING LIMITED) is responsible for communicating fulfilment to you and for coordinating delivery of the products, services and experiences you purchase. You always deal with BLACKFY regarding the status of your order.
2. Digital services and experiences
For digital services, courses and experiences, access details or booking confirmations are provided after payment is confirmed, using the contact details on your account.
3. Physical items (where applicable)
Where a purchase includes physical items, estimated dispatch and delivery times and any shipping charges are shown before checkout.
4. Order updates
We keep you informed of your order status through your account and the contact details you provide. You can also check your orders under My Account.
5. Problems with fulfilment
