2. How to request a refund or cancellation

3. Eligibility by category

4. Timing of refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.

If you are not satisfied with an outcome, BLACKFY will work with you to resolve the matter. VB TRADING LIMITED remains the responsible merchant for the transaction.
